Specifications and Features
Detailed Features and Pictures
Testing and Results
Verdict and Conclusion

Introduction

It's High End Graphics Card time folks, I have a Gigabyte GeForce GTX580 Super OverClock sitting in front of me, and it looks like one hell of a nice card.

Gigabyte of course is one of the top tech companies out there, their motherboards and graphics cards are always right at the top of the pile.  Not to mention being the first to apply all the various aspects of their Ultra Durable features.  Extra thick copper layers in the PCBs, solid caps, all sorts of good stuff.

This isn't about UD technology though, this is about what Gigabyte has managed to do with the incredibly powerful and incredibly hot GF110 core used for all GTX580s out there.

Currently the GF110 core used in the GTX580 is the fastest GPU core on the planet, and the GTX580 SOC has one of the highest stock clocks out there.  This card is certainly one of the very fastest out there, and it looks like it might be the coolest running.  We'll test it, of course!

First though, some specs direct from Gigabyte!
