Review: Jou Jye BW-1238B-PWM High Power 120mm Fan Time to look at the other fans Jou Jye Computer sent us! So far I have liked everything Jou Jye Computer has come up with, they have a flair for innovation that is sadly lacking in much of the computer world, and I'm excited to take a look at they have come up with for their assault on the high power fan market.
Unlike the Low Voltage fans we looked it, there is little that is subtle about these fans. Even a quick glance at their specification sheet is enough to set them apart from most fans. 50% thicker, 6000rpm, >250cfm of airflow, PWM control? Nice!
For those who aren't familiar with Jou Jye Computer, here's a little blurb taken from their website.
We'll be mounting these fans on our Thermalright heatsink. Let's see if these high power "Twin Turbo" fans really live up to its name. There is one concern which I think is pretty important, and that's the noise level ... in the past, my experience with high power fans have always been noisy! Can Jou Jye do any better ... let's find out.
