Review: Noctua NF-F12 PWM 120mm Fan

It's time for another fan review! This Noctua NF-F12 PWM fan is a bit more sedate (and practical!) than the last fan we looked at, but it has the same PWM control setup.

I am very happy to see a mainstream fan manufacturer putting out PWM fans, as I'm a big fan of PWM control. It's more efficient than other methods, and it is also very cheap and easy to build your own PWM fan controller. We're talking about $5 and maybe an hour. Anyway, lets talk about Noctua!
