Verdict and Conclusion

Introduction

We have another Power Supply Unit (PSU) here today folks!  Rasurbo sent me a couple PSUs a while ago, there was the Real & Power 350w I reviewed a while ago, and this Real  & Power 550w Modular power supply that we're looking at today.

Rasurbo is the house brand for PNL-tec GmbH, based in Germany. Their number one drive is price/performance, something I can definitely get behind! Their website has this to say about themselves:

"RASURBO — Get the best for your money!

The RASURBO brand stands for an unbeatable price / performance ratio in computer components.

This is why, for instance, the Rasurbo GAP and DLP ranges of power supplies have managed to attain a number of awards.

Enjoy now our new product highlights and upgrades.

Feel free to visit rasurbo.com from time to time for Rasurbo product news.

Yours,
The Rasurbo Team!"

We'll be testing the Rasurbo Real & Power 550w Modular Power Supply using my usual method ... as I've done with other power supplies. What I'm really interested in, is whether this power supply has the same build quality and performance o other similar PSUs in its class.

ith that out of the way, it's time to open the box and see what is inside!
