Installation

Having the card installed it is kind of hilarious how small it is. For reference it is shorter in length than my PCIE sound card. But there is a huge amount of power packed in such a small card as you will see during testing.

Test Setup

Processor Intel Core i7- 3770k@ 4.0ghz
Motherboard Gigabyte Z77X-UD4H
Ram 2x4gb Patriot Viper 1866mhz
Graphics Card HIS Radeon 7750
Hard Drive Patriot 120Gb Pryo SSD
 Optical Drive Samsung 8X DVD-rw
CPU Cooler Custom water loop
Power Supply Antec 1200w Quattro
Chassis Navig Benching Station
Monitor 24" Dell (1920x1200)
OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

To test the HIS Radeon 7750, we used a test rig based on the above components. . Here are some of the benchmark software which we'll be using:

  • GPU-Z
  • 3Dmark03
  • 3D Mark Vantage
  • 3Dmark
  • Unigine Heaven (DX11)
  • Battlefield 3 (DX11)
  • Stalker: Call of Pripyat (DX 11)

AMD Catalyst Drivers

All tests were run using the latest Calalyst 13.1 64-bit drivers on Windows 7.
