We've just published a review on the Steelseries WoW:Cataclysm MMO Gaming Mouse. It's probably one of the most expensive mice on the market, but let me tell you ... it's unique and extremely good. Here's a snip ...

In this review, we will be taking a look at the Steelseries WoW:Cataclym MMO gaming mouse. It's a laser gaming mouse that features a massive 14 programmable buttons, braided cord, gold-plated USB connector and an adjustable (software controlled) LED with a choice of upto 16 million colors.

You can also save your own macros and store upto 10 different profiles. The CPI (counts per inch) can be adjusted from 800 all the way upto 5,000 for super accurate precision. It's got good ergonomics, great looking design and offers smooth playing experience.
