Middle Earth: Shadow Of War To Have Microtransactions

Middle Earth: Shadow Of War has generated a lot of controversies after the studio announced that the game is delayed by two months. Instead of August 22, the action adventure game has bee pushed back to October 10 and will be released for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

To silence the critics, Monolith has now revealed more information about the game. The developer has said that they will include microtransactions in the game and while some dislike microtransactions, but others enjoy having such feature.

 

 

Players will be able to purchase Loot Chests, War Chests, XP Boosts and Bundles” through the market to strengthen their army. They can use either Mirian or Gold, which are in-game currencies.

Mirian can be acquired by taking down Treasure Orcs and destroying gear, while Gold is acquired by taking community challenges and completing specific milestones or by spending real money.
