"Come the end of the year, Microsoft's Chief Financial Officer Chris Liddell is leaving the company and looking for a "bigger job" elsewhere. While we're pretty sure that finding a "bigger job" compared to that in Microsoft is pretty much a fool's errand, we sure wish him luck in his future endeavors.

Liddell has worked for Microsoft since May 2005, but is now looking to "expand his career beyond being a CFO". For those who aren't familiar with Mr. Liddell, he has a masters degree in philosophy so we're guessing there are plenty of options.

Chris Liddell's spot will be taken by Microsoft's Bussiness Division CFO, Peter Klein, whose division is famous for Office programs."
