TechPowerUp Releases GPU-Z 2.6.0

TechPowerUp today released the latest version of GPU-Z, the popular graphics subsystem information, monitoring, and diagnostic utility. Version 2.6.0 adds support for new GPUs, and fixed several critical bugs. To begin with, GPU-Z 2.6.0 adds support for NVIDIA TITAN V, GeForce GTX 1060 5GB, Tesla K40m, GeForce 825M, Quadro M520, NVIDIA NVS 810, NVIDIA Grid M6-8Q; AMD “Raven Ridge” APUs (RX Vega 8), and Radeon Pro WX9100; and Intel HD Graphics P630, UHD Graphics 630, Gemini Lake UHD Graphics 600. Support is added for AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition.

Among the critical bugs fixed are the application failing to start on some systems due to a broken executable compressor, system crashes experienced on machines with Radeon RX Vega series GPUs, and an application crash on machines with graphics cards that have an empty board id (eg: MSI RX 580 Armor). Fan RPM monitoring is fixed on AMD RX Vega GPUs. Other fixes include “GP100” die-size (correction), and AMD RX 550 “Baffin” reported as “Polaris 21,” Intel “Braswell” EU count.
