Dell Launches World’s First 2-in-1 Tablet With Wireless Charging

Dell Latitude 7285 tablet made its official debut at the Consumer Electronics Show 2017 back in January, and just as promised, the company launched the 12-inch Windows tablet. The main highlight of the tablet is the optional support for wireless charging.

Since the tablet features a detachable keyboard, users can opt for either a standard “productivity keyboard” or “wireless charging keyboard.” When paired with the latter, users only have to put the keyboard on top of a charging pad, which is also sold separately.

The tablet starts at $1,199, while the charging mat and compatible detachable keyboard doc cost $199 and $379, respectively. A standard detachable keyboard dock without any of the charging features will retail for $249.
