As Intel is busing trying to sort out their Sandy Bridge problems, AMD is steaming ahead with it's mobile technologies. Shipping today, their 32nm Llano A-series will be the world's "first" quad-core APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) and comes complete with discrete-level graphics. AMD says it will change the way we think about netbook / nettop / ultraportable performance. Expect to see retail products by the summer.
