There's really nothing special to say about the packaging ... just your usual stuff. It comes with all the necessary bits for fitting all major CPUs including AMD (AM2, AM2+, AM3) and Intel processors (LGA 775, 1156, 1366 and 1155 - unofficially).
Closer Look The most striking thing about the unit is the waterblock, which has a built-in pump. It's chunky and looks extremely solid. It's features a pure copper cold plate and comes with some Antec thermal compound already applied.
The tubing is non-corrugated and easy to bend for maximum flexibility. The 120mm radiator is not the best we've seen, but does a great job of cooling the coolant. The whole unit is cooled by a silent, speed-controlled 120mm fan spinning between 1,450-2,000 rpm. |
