Thermaltake Pacific W3 CPU Water Block Review

Installation

The installation was surprisingly easy. Just follow the instructional leaflet and you’ll be fine. I pre-mounted the compression fittings before I placed the waterblock over our Core i7-6800K processor.

Next, we added some hard tubes …it’s the only way to go. Not only does it look great, but also the 16mm OD of the hard tubing fits really nice and tight with the compression fitting.

Coolant added to the loop

Nothing else to do now, apart from bleeding the system with your coolant. We used Thermaltake’s C1000 orange coolant, to go with our Project Core Arancio’s theme of course.

Looking good … now for some temperature readings, and see how well the Thermaltake Pacific W3 CPU waterblock can perform.
