The Box and Packaging

The box looks pretty bland with not much colour, but it’s what’s inside that really counts! 

Inside the package you’ll find several anti-static packets containing the SATA data cables, I/O shield, wifi card, wifi antenna. You’ll also find the instruction manual, drivers disc and an EVGA badge.

 

EVGA Z370 Micro Motherboard

The motherboard come in a micro ATX form factor and measures 244mm x 244mm. It appears to have all the components in the right places. You can see the quality of the board right away from the 100% Japanese solid capacitors surrounding the processor socket.

The motherboard has no visible LEDs for RGB effects, but there is a dedicated RGB header allowing you to install any RGB LED strips or otherwise.

The EVGA Z370 Micro supports Intel Optane memory 2 x DIMM slots for dual-channel (up to 32GB) 4133MHz, M.2 NVMe slot for SSDs, and comes with 2 x reinforced PCIE x16 slots supporting 2-way SLI.

 

A Closer Look

The EVGA Z370 Micro does comes with a mini dual-band Wifi card, onboard power, reset and clear CMOS buttons, diagnostic LEDs and reinforced PCIE slots which supports 2-way SLI. Other features include 8 x native USB 3.0, 4 x USB 2.0, 6 x SATA3 ports, onboard Intel gigabit LAN, 8 channel HD audio, as well as 100% solid state capacitors and a 6 layer PCB.
