Verdict and Conclusion
To be honest, there’s nothing really special about the Dell Latitude 10 tablet. It runs Windows 8 Pro and it’s made by Dell. What more can I say?
If you want the truth, well … it’s heavier and bigger than the competition. The large bezel/border makes it look like a photo frame rather than a tablet.
And oh, what the hell was Dell thinking when they made the Latitude 10 with a removeable/replaceable battery pack? What a stupid idea! It’s so 1990’s and because of this … it makes the tablet heavy and clunky too!
To make up for all the bad asethics, the only thing I think the Latitude 10 has to offer is the connectivity and security. This allows it to be business ready for large corporations that are contracted out to Dell.
I doubt it will be tough to ask a user to choose between a Dell Latitude 10 or an iPad. I know which one I’ll go for.
Pricewise, the Dell Latitude 10 will cost you somehere in between USD $499 – $749, depending on the specs. The model we reviewed costs $749, which I think is damn expensive, especially, when it’s only using an Atom processor, 2GB ram and just 32GB of SSD storage.

- Can’t think of any (Windows 8 Pro license maybe)
Cons:
- Heavy and Clunky
- Looks like a photo frame than a tablet
- Battery pack? WTF?!
Final Words: Here’s my advice … stay away! If the target was meant to be aimed at the business users, then I’m sorry … they will probably choose an iPad than this. So here’s my advice to Dell, please take the Latitude 10
