Adata XPG SX930 SSD 240GB Review

Verdict and Conclusion

I’ve got mixed results when testing the ADATA XPG SX930. On one hand, the performance is good thanks to the super fast JMicron controller, giving you a maximum read speed of around 521.6 MB/sec and write speed of up to 461.5 MB/sec. But on the other hand, the comparison table shows otherwise.

Having said that, I didn’t experience any issues or slowness in real life conditions. My Windows 10 booted up swiftly and all my applications were loading up pretty fast.

The ADATA XPG SX930 are one of those ultra slim SSDs, measuring only 7mm thick, this means you can install them into any notebooks that support 2.5″ form factor hard drives. Of course you’ll also be able to mount these SSDs into any 3.5″ bay as it comes complete with the additional bracket.

With so many choices of SSDs out there, choosing the right one might be a task in itself. But don’t worry, you’re in luck. If you’re after a fast SSD at a super affordable price, then the ADATA XPG SX930 is your answer.
