BIOSTAR G330 256GB SSD Review

Test Bench

For our tests, we used our latest test rig, which is comprised of the following components.

AIDA64 Disk Information

 

CrystalDiskMark

The CrystalDiskMark results show the read performance of the G330 around about 562Mb/s, which is excellent. Write performance was very good with speeds between 501-510MB/s. It’s a slight improvement over the original G300.

 

ATTO Disk Benchmark

For ATTO … the write performance of the G330 SSD was in line with BIOSTAR’s own specifications at 501-513MB/s. Read speeds reached an average 529-565Mb/s, again it falls in line with BIOSTAR’s own specifications. Another product that perform as stated on the box 😉

 

Anvil Storage

IOPS of the G330 hit 80,991.88 for the 4KQD16 test. Overall score was 4,323.67. All-in-all, the performance of the SSD was excellent.
