Packaging & Contents
The packaging that OCZ ships the Vector 150 120GB SSD follows their current blue color scheme. The packaging is compact and labeled with a full color picture of the exact drive included inside. Printed on the front of the package is also a list of highlighted features for the drive as well as the capacity, the included software, and the included hardware.
The back of the packaging contains a few more selling points as well as some additional details in twelve different languages.
Inside of the packaging resides a very strong foam mold that houses and protects the Vector 150 drive and the included accessories. This molding is extremely durable and represents OCZ’s commitment to customers by protecting their investments. The contents of the packaging include the Vector 150 drive (surprised?), a 3.5″ to 2.5″ bracket adapter, four mounting screws, a contact information card, an installation manual, the Acronis True Image HD software license, and an “I Heart My SSD” sticker. I am pleased to see the included bracket as many manufacturers do not include one with their drives.
