Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Mini Review (4GB GDDR5)

Packaging

The box and packaging is pretty much standard. A smaller card means small box. Some warranty information and a quick start guide … and that’s it, nothing else.

Strangely, there’s no mention of the word ‘Mini’ on the packaging.

The packaging does state that the Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Mini is ‘Super Compact’ and that it is ‘designed to fit in 99% of systems’.

A Closer Look

If you though the 1050 Ti OC Edition was small, the 1050 Ti Mini shaves another 3cm of its length, measuring just 144.78mm x 111.15mm.

Not much fancy stuff on the 1050 Ti Mini; no RGB, no copper heatpipes and one HDMI port, one mini-display port and one DVI port.

The size of the heatsink and cooling fan meant that the 1050 Ti Mini took up the space of 2 PCI slots, which is about the norm nowadays.
