Now this really caught my eye ... the Spotlight Rechargeable LED light. Was it the brightness from the LED light? or was it the size of these mini torches?  Well .. all of the above. In fact, I was so impressed by the size, power and functionality of these LED lights, I asked the guys at Spotlight to hook us up with some samples.

The whole idea of these rechargeable LED lights, is that it works of a standard 12V system ... the same one you'll find on any car. It comes with an adaptor so that it's compatible with any make/model of car. What's really interesting is that it comes with a wide variety of accessories from elastic grips for mounting on bikes to head-straps.

I spoke about the REAL outdoors (no car, no battery pack and no power) and suggested a solar charger. The guys took my advice and are currently working on a solar charger too ... more to follow :)
