"Taiwan makers expect shipment growth in 4Q10 from latest Apple products. Apple's iPod touch manufacturer Quanta Computer, iPod nano manufacturer Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry) and iPod shuffle manufacturer Inventec Appliances are expected to benefit from the latest announced Apple products and see shipment growth in the fourth quarter, according to market watchers.

The market watchers forecast that Quanta will ship more than 10 million iPad touches by the end of 2010, helping to ease the company's lower-than-expected sales of notebook products. In addition to the iPad nano, Foxconn is also the manufacturer of the newly announced Apple TV."
