Verdict and Conclusion

The Kana is quickly becoming my favorite mouse for a few reasons. It tracks great, it feels wonderful in my hand, and the surface of the mouse is a nice matte black instead of a shiny surface. When you couple that with the price of $50 it is a must-buy.

I must note that a few communities have brought up that the feet on their samples have had something wrong with them so there could be an issue for some. However, my particular sample worked flawlessly throughout testing. I even tested this mouse for a longer amount of time compared to other mice and it came through feeling better than ever.

Here's a chance to Win a Steelseries Kana Mouse plus a Qck Mouse Pad ... Follow 2 simple steps and you'll be in for a chance to WIN!

Pros:

  • Price
  • Great tracking
  • Great look
  • Large side buttons great for some
  • Matte coating

Cons:

  • Nothing I can really think of ...

Final words

Sometimes you find something that feels like it was taylor made for you, the Kana feels like it was made just for me. With its $50 price tag it falls right into the middle of mice pricing, but in my opinion it is the mouse to get. If you want a no-nonsense mouse that delivers a solid performance the Kana is a perfect choice for a gamer looking to improve.
