HKEF 2016 – Oplayer Smart Wearables

When we think about smart wearables the first thing that normally comes to mind are smart watches, and HKEF 2016 did not disappoint with numerous companies showing off their smart watches, the most prominent of which was Oplayer. Having a large stand in the Hall of Fame Hall 1 of HKEF 2016, it was smack on the central ‘boulevard’, and with its bright colour graphic panels and numerous smart watches on display, Oplayer was one company we did not want to overlook.

Based in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen, China, Oplayer is part of Synergy Technologies Limited, who are apparently a renowned designer and manufacturer of smart watches and kids electronic products such as gaming consoles, kid smart watches and kid tablets. Synergy Technologies Limited have been around for over 10 years suppling OEM/ODM products globally.

With the smart watch market being dominated by Samsung and Apple, and everyday fitness trackers by the likes of Fitbit and Jawbone, Oplayer’s designs and supply chain hope to help other brands claw back some of the market share. We know of the quality and smart functions of the above brands, so can Oplayer match them?
