COD Infinite Warfare Breaks the Record for Getting 1.6 Million Dislikes in 8 Days

Activision’s COD – Infinite Warfare breaks the record for getting 1.6 million dislikes in 8 Days. Wow! 1.6 million dislikes in less than 8 days … WTF?! I know this new game may not please every COD fan, but come on this is only a trailer. Currently, total views stand at 17 million.

Pre-orders are apparently higher than expected according to Activision, so they must be doing something right?

“Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare returns to the roots of the franchise where large-scale war and cinematic, immersive military storytelling take center stage. Prepare for a gripping war story in which players fight against the Settlement Defense Front to defend our very way of life.”

“The trailer for the latest blockbuster Call of Duty game has become one of the most disliked videos in YouTube history. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare departs from the military shooter’s roots, taking place in a near-future, sci-fi setting.

Fans have reacted by rating the video negatively, expressing more than 1.5 million dislikes in eight days. Overall, the trailer has amassed more than 16 million views.

The game’s dislikes make it the most disliked trailer or promotional video on the site, and the worst-rated gaming video in the site’s history. However, it still trails behind Justin Bieber’s music video, Baby, with 6.1 million dislikes, and Rebecca Black’s Friday, which has more than two million.”
