EVGA plans to Release Stream Box Inspired by Funky Kit Prototype

Last week, we published an article of our Project Stream Box. Well, it appears that EVGA really liked our idea and plans to release a streaming product based on our Project Stream Box.

EVGA already sells a wide range of gaming accessories including video capture devices, keyboards, mice and audio cards. And since they’ve already exited the graphics card market, so it makes sense that they want to expand and grow in other areas, such as the lucrative market for streamers. We can expect more streaming products from EVGA in the future.

Our DIY project is really rough 😅 … but it works and does everything as expected. It’s an all-in-one solution that combines a video capture device, an audio interface for XLR microphones, and a control deck for screen/scene switching + audio controls.

Here’s the video and some photos of our Stream Box prototype. You can check out the full article here.
