Hot off the trails of their ASUS® Maximus VI Gene and -Hero water block kit announcement the other day, EKWB shows off yet another water block kit for the ASUS Maximus VI Formula. EKWB is working overtime these days!

Nov 27, 2013 – EK Water Blocks, Ljubljana based premium water cooling gear manufacturer, is proud to introduce ASUS®  Maximus VI Formula, premium 4th generation Intel® Core® motherboard with stylish thermal armor, a Z87 Express based premium 4th generation Intel® Core® LGA-1150 socket motherboard.

EK-FB KIT ASUS M6F water block kit is a complete liquid cooling solution for ASUS Maximus VI Formula motherboard. The water blocks directly cools southbridge  (PCH) as well as power regulation (VRM / MOSFETs) module and is  designed to perfectly blends with the original design by utilizing ASUS  original thermal armor plastic cover. It is a high flow water block kit  that can be easily used with systems using weaker water pumps.

Base of the water block is made of nickel plated electrolytic copper while the top is made of quality POM Acetal or acrylic glass material (depending on the variant). The  screw-in  standoffs  are already  pre-installed   and allow for easy and  trouble-free    installation by utilizing  original motherboard steel backplate. This water block kit is available in two  visually different versions:
