Nokia launches Lumia 1520 Windows Phone with 6-inch 1080p display and 20MP camera

I’m starting to like the Windows Phone 8 ecosystem. It’s growing on me … maybe my next phone will be this! Nokia’s flagship smartphone won’t be cheap though … costing a eye-watering $750! Here’s a word of advice Nokia … drop it to $599 and it will be a BIG hit.

“The 1520 comes with a 20MP BSI F/2.4 PureView camera with OIS and Carl Zeiss lens, which numberwise isn’t technically quite up to par with the 41MP sensor photography enthusiasts enjoy on the 1020, but we believe it will be more than enough for most power users.

Nokia’s also bumped up the microphone count to four on its new Lumia, supporting stereo audio capture, while with 32GB and microSD-expandable storage up to 64GB, there should be no dearth of space for audio, photos and video. There’s a suitably high-capacity 3,400mAh battery, 2GB of RAM and Qi wireless charging also crammed into the not-exactly-insubstantial frame.”
