Gigabyte M27F Gaming Monitor Review

Testing Results

We used a SpyderX Pro to conduct the testing and later the calibration. I prefer my own dial in because the Spyder software thinks I need a very dim monitor. Plus if You use two different brands of monitors it is extremely difficult to achieve a perfectly synced picture, even when using a calibration tool.

MONITOR PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

It’s important to know how your monitors perform during color-critical work. With the SpyderX Display Analysis feature, you can better understand the color, brightness, contrast, gamut, tone response and white point of your monitors.

100% of sRGB and 97% of P3 are great results! One thing to note about the Spyder Pro: I haven’t found for certain but I don’t think the software reports over 100% for results. As you can see in the chart above the sRGB (Red Line) coverage is mapped well over 100% (green triangle). So we safely assume the 130% reported in the specifications by Gigabyte is probably very close to the test.

Software

OSD Sidekick

GIGABYTE OSD Sidekick allows you to set the display options with keyboard and mouse, giving you the easiest way to adjust monitor settings.

Dashboard

The dashboard reveals your real-time hardware information including CPU voltages, clock speed, temperatures, etc. The best part is that it won’t be blocked by any games.

Now lets move on to the Conclusion and Verdict of the Gigabyte M27F Gaming Monitor review!
