The Tower 900 Chassis in Action!

Conclusion and Verdict

I’m still in awe at the size and the weight of the Thermaltake’s The Tower 900. I think it’s one of the most extreme chassis I’ve seen this year. It’s 75cm high and 48cm deep, has tons of watercooling features, comes with tempered glass, and it comes in white (Snow Edition).

I like the magnetic dust guards and the overall build quality, which is very good and pretty robust.

What I don’t like about it … is the weight. It’s way too heavy for my liking. Just the empty chassis weighs 25Kg (27Kg with the box). So once you’ve added all of your PC and watercooling components, the system will easily end up being well over 35Kg!

Although the chassis doesn’t suit my needs… all-in-all, I think Thermaltake’s has done a good job collaborating with Watermod France to make a chassis specifically aimed at the “hardcore” watercooling and PC modding enthusiasts.

If you fall in to this category, then you should seriously take a look at  The Tower 900 chassis from Thermaltake. It’s hardcore to the extreme!

Surprisingly, this chassis will only cost you USD $250, which I think is an excellent bargain! Buy now at Amazon – https://goo.gl/au4Pb9

They surely HAVE to do a smaller version of this… it’s just ridiculous how big this thing is, they aren’t going to sell that many. I do love the unique styling and look of it though, definitely stands out from the norm… but the vastness is just too much.
