The LIQTECH TR4 cooler arrived in a retail box which is quite large but typical for AIO coolers. Contents are well protected and everything is well described. On the package, we can find product specification and additional info about the cooler and key features. Table with all these details is above.

In the package is everything required for installation. It includes TR4 bracket, Y fan cable, thermal grease, screws, power cable and user’s manual.

Two 140mm fans are from new, high-pressure series and are specified to spin between 500-1500 RPM. It offers both, high performance and low generated noise.

From things not mentioned in the specification are rubber stripes on both sides of the radiator. It works in two ways, reduces vibrations and causes better air pressure as there are no holes between the fans and the radiator (at least on the sides).

The pump has a simple design but it’s actually an advantage. In the center is glowing Enermax sign which is telling if the pump is working or not. Top of the pump is covered by glossy plastic which reflects everything like a mirror.

The base of the cooler is made of copper. It’s really flat what causes perfect contact with the IHS which is huge on the Threadripper. The base also covers whole IHS what is really important.

Here are a couple of photos of the test rig and on the next page of the review are our test results.
