A Closer Look
I will start off by saying here that the CARRY NB-EC01 notebook cooler is extremely portable. Measuring 100 x 88 x 33mm, the CARRY is pocket-sized, literally! The cooler is fairly lightweight, so carrying around in your pocket is feasible; otherwise stuffing the cooler into your laptop carrying bag should be no issue. Here we can see the intake side of the cooler, which has a large opening created to accept and pull away the hot exhaust air from your notebook.
The cooler has a rugged look and feel to it and looks great with the black/blue color scheme. The heart and soul of this cooler is a 70 x 15mm fan that is rated for a minimum of 2800rpm and a maximum of 3600rpm.
On the output side of the cooler we find an exhaust vent, a switch to operate the cooling fan at both low/high speeds, and the power indicator LED. The overall design is simple and compact. Hopefully this does not impair the cooler’s ability to live up to its namesake.
To the right of the power/fan speed switch on the right side of the cooler is the power input port.
Now that we have taken a closer look at the EVERCOOL CARRY NB-EC01 notebook cooler, we will move on to the finished looks and performance testing!
