SilentiumPC Navis RGB 280 CPU Cooler Review

Product Photos

SilentiumPC Navis arrived in a retail package which is typical for this kind of product box. Inside we will find well-protected cooler, two 140mm fans, user’s manual, thermal grease and mounting kit for all modern sockets except TR4.

The fans are from Sigma HP RGB series which in short means they offer high air pressure which is really important in any water cooling and of course they have RGB lighting which for some users is even more important.

All connectors are standard but multiple cables can, of course, cause a mess in the PC case. If we have any larger tower case then we can easily hide everything on the back, behind the motherboard plate. SilentiumPC has many tower PC cases in their offer and constantly release new products which are also inexpensive so it’s worth to take a look at the manufacturer’s website if we are in need of a new PC case.

The cooler itself looks quite typical. There are no additional elements which could make it look “pretty”. The tubing is matte black and the radiator is in a typical shape without additional rubber pads or anything else. On the other hand, once we install the Navis in the case then we won’t really see the radiator and what will become important will be lighting and additional effects.

Below you can see how everything looks like installed in our test rig.

Whole PC photos are showing there are no problems with RGB synchronization. Even the HyperX SSD is in the same colors.
