How can I turn the vibration off without activating DND?
My AW 12 Smart Watch stop working. I looked at the charging cable and noticed one of the points was deeply embedded so I ordered another charging cable from Amazon. After receiving the cable and leaving the watch on charge over night, still the AW 12 Smart Watch is still not working or come on. The watch is a little over a year old. I’ve looked on line trying to contact on a replacement battery or something. Help

Good value, but it can’t keep time. It seems to lose a minute per hour or more.
It looks nice. I bought one oversees, would not take charge right from beginning died unable to charge within 24 hours. Bought a 2nd one on Amazon. Exact same problem- WILL NOT charge, DEAD within 24:hours, Aw12: is a piece of crap!!
Yeah mine died after I took to the shower 😡
