Ballistix Sport 32GB DDR4-2666 Dual Channel Memory Kit Review (White)

Overclocking

Overclocking is never guaranteed so the presented results may vary from results on other memory kits. I am not recommending overclocking if you do not know what are you doing. High voltages may damage hardware and it will not be covered by warranty.

Our review sample could overclock to DDR4-3200 at quite relaxed main timings of 17-19-19 but low voltage of 1.35V. It’s quite good result considering it’s dual rank, high capacity memory kit. It’s also probably the best result on Micron IC we have had so far.

Below is DDR4-3000 CL16-18-18 1.35V result which also passed all our tests.

Here is also mentioned DDR4-3200 result which was maximum possible on our test platform.

I guess that most users won’t need overclocking but those who are interested can always count on couple of MHz more out of Ballistix Sport LT memory kit.
