Conclusion
Kingston HyperX Impact 8GB DDR3-1600 kit is a really good laptop memory. It’s performing like we would expect from a high end laptop memory series so simply great.
Installation is really simple. Kingston used only one memory profile with optimal settings so we can be sure that nearly every laptop will set it correctly. There are no additional profiles but we didn’t really need them as during all tests memory was fully stable and performed well.
Now one word about the price. Kingston HyperX Impact 8GB DDR3-1600 C9 1.35V is available in online stores for about $90 USD. It’s not the cheapest memory around but we are receiving premium product which is running at low voltage keeping tight timings what won’t offer standard laptop memory kits. Considering that fact, HyperX Impact price is reasonable.

There are no special dedicated users who can take advantage of Kingston HyperX SO-DIMM memory. I can recommend it to every laptop user who wish to upgrade memory to faster or higher capacity modules. HyperX Impact is available in various options so everyone can find something perfect for older or newer laptop. It’s hard to find any other notebook memory series with so wide range of supported chipsets and frequencies. We can even find DDR3-2666 modules !!
