Patriot Viper 3 DDR3-2400 16GB CL10 Black Mamba and Venom Red Memory Review

Couple of days ago we could check how latest Patriot Viper III 2x4GB DDR3-2400 CL10 memory series are performing on the AMD FX platform. Today we wish to present also Patriot Viper III but in higher capacity modules of 2x8GB tested on the latest Intel platforms.

In this review we will present not one but two 16GB Patriot memory kits based on similar modules in different color schemes – Venom Red and Black Mamba.

 

Lets find out if these aggressively called memory kits are meeting our expectations regarding exceptional performance and stability …

As I already mentioned we will be using latest Intel Haswell platform based on i7 4770K processor and Gigabyte Z87X-OC motherboard but we will also check how it’s acting in quad channel on the X79 chipset …
