If I opened the box there was a plastic box in with inside the Ground Level XT rolled up. So if you take it out the box its still a bit curved but as soon you lay it down its flat, because of the weigh.
I have used the Ground level XT for a couple of days now , and it pleases me very well. I am currently using a Corsair Vengeance M65 mouse, a Vengeance K60 keyboard, an Ozone Rage 7HX headset and of course the Ground level XT mouse pad. And i must say my mouse and the Ground Level XT get along fine.
The Ground Level XT is build up from 6mm of micro perforated rubber, for good grip on your work space, with a soft cloth surface on top for perfect glide. And its really pleasant for your wrist cause it rests on a soft cloth surface so you can play really long and comfortable.
