BIOSTAR Racing Z270GT6 Motherboard Review

Installation

The width of the motherboard is somewhat slimmer than your standard ATX motherboard. We didn’t experience any issues during installation, and there’s enough room around the processor socket and DIMM slots. Our Cooler Master MasterLiquid Pro 240 AIO cooler fitted nicely.

BIOS

The BIOS was surprisingly easy to use, although I couldn’t see any options for easy “one click” overclocking.

For some reason, I was not able to run the G.Skill Trident-Z DDR4-3200 ram using XMP profiles. I had to manually set the memory settings in the BIOS to default, which meant the ram would run at DDR4-2133.
