Software
COLORFUL is adding functional software that can be used for RGB management called iGAME DYNAMIK LIGHT. As you can see on the screenshot below, we can adjust lighting using RGB/ARGB headers and a light bar built-in the motherboard. The software is also showing us the motherboard picture with a lighting preview. One feature that many competitive motherboards don’t have is that we can set lighting separately for every LED on the light bar and under the chipset. As you can see on the screenshot, there are 12 separate LEDs that we can control.
Below you can see some effects in a rainbow mode, which are working perfectly fine with the used Enermax AQUAFUSION AIO cooler.
BIOS/UEFI and Overclocking
The BIOS maybe doesn’t have as many options as in the highest overclocking motherboards, but plenty of settings should satisfy most users. Below are some screenshots which are showing available options.
The CVN B550M Gaming Frozen V14 also has multiple options that let us overclock the CPU and RAM. Below you can see that our Ryzen 5 4650G easily runs at 4.4GHz on all cores. This was a quick test, but of course, your results can be better depending on the CPU and luck.
