The Gigabyte App center software let’s you do a ton more than just control your motherboards lighting. It has useful shortcuts to a bunch of windows 10 features and gives you shortcuts to some useful programs all in one window.
There’s also a ton of Gigabyte’s own apps available for download within the App center. While most of the features of these apps can be accomplished other ways it is nice to have a way to integrate everything into one program.
Another nice thing I like that this motherboard does is it features a metal reinforced top PCIE slot, in a day where graphics cards weigh multiple pounds it’s nice to see a little extra reinforcement on the rather delicate PCIE slot. This is also worth mentioning because you normally don’t see features like this until you reach the super expensive enthusiast grade motherboards.
The list of everything that could be considered a “feature” on a motherboard would go on forever but I just wanted to point out a couple of highlights. Considering the price point you get some pretty awesome stuff.
