A Closer Look and Performance
The Thermaltake eSports Pulse G100 is constructed well enough, feeling sturdy all around. The cushion for the ears and head are sufficient. Whether you have a large or small cranium, the headset as a nice range of adjustment for size. The cable length is also plentiful, however, it is not braided.
Performance
I performed various tasks to test the function of the headset such as listening to the music of varying genres, watching movies, as well as gaming. The listening experience is as expected of a budget headset, and perhaps just slightly better than average. I did have to utilize the equalizer built into my audio driver software to get the most that I could from this headset. The higher highs and lower lows were slightly lacking, but not enough considering the $39 price tag.
Now let us move on to the Conclusion and Verdict.
