Lexar x1800 64GB micro SDXC card has arrived in a retail package which is a small box. Card and all additional box contents take very little space. Except card, there is also USB 3.0 reader, Image Rescue software license and micro SD to SD adapter. Everything really handy. Especially USB 3.0 card reader is great as it let us check full performance of x1800 card.
On the box there are various product descriptions. We can read that included SDXC card is specified to run up to 270MB/s, it has 64GB capacity and is designed for the most demanding users like sport cameras with fast response time and 4K resolution.
On the back of the box you can also find contact to the support. Of course we count it won’t be required but it’s good to have that insurance.
On the above photo there are box contents so already mentioned card, card reader, Image Rescue certificate/key and micro SD to SD adapter.
One close-up on the micro SDXC card. It looks not much different than standard micro SD card even though inside is something lightning fast and high capacity.
Last two photos are a closer look at micro SD to SD adapter ( above ) and USB card reader ( below ).
I’m especially glad to see that Lexar is adding this tiny card reader as it’s really handy and if you are not using the card in any device then you still can use it as a mobile storage with a card reader.
Now let’s move to the next page to check how Lexar SDXC x1800 card is performing.
