Silicon Power US70 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen4x4 SSD Review

Conclusion and Verdict

The Silicon Power US70 1TB SSD offers everything we would want in a PC storage. It’s fast, reliable, small, and light. It’s a clear winner if we are searching for the best performing M.2 SSD for any PC. Since PCIe 4.0 SSDs are not that popular yet, you won’t find many competitors offering many PCIe Gen4x4 drives that could beat the US70. In fact most SSDs can’t even get close to the US70 results.

The drive is inexpensive for an M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD. The 1TB version costs around $179 and is already available in the Amazon store. I see it can be a really interesting option for all those who are looking for the best performing SSD at a reasonable price. Since it’s a new product, then I assume that the price will drop in some weeks, or other stores will offer the same drives at a lower price. It’s still worth searching online stores.

The US70 is covered by a 5-year warranty, and this is the same as with all Silicon Power SSDs. Not the longest I’ve seen, but it’s still much longer than the standard 3 years for most drives on the market.

Pros:

  • Top performance
  • Easy to install and configure
  • Inexpensive
  • 5-year warranty

Cons:

  • Nothing worth to mention

Final words:

Silicon Power US70 1TB SSD is precisely what demanding users need. It combines everything that is important in an SSD and delivers impressive performance, at a reasonable price. It’s a must-have SSD for all those want the best.

It’s clear that the Silicon Power US70 1TB M.2 PCIe 4 x4 SSD deserves our Editor’s Choice Award! Congratulations!
