Below is screenshot from GPU-Z software which is showing general specification but also idle state of the card. In 2D mode this card’s fan is not spinning at all so it provides totally silent work.

 

Below is AIDA64 report which has couple of more details about specification.

 

Also AMD WattMan window so you can see what to expect from AMD drivers. Overclocking options are limited in this software and there is no HIS software which is providing anything more so if you are going to overclock this card then check 3rd party software.
