ZOTAC Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Ti AMP (6GB GDDR6) Graphics Card Review

Verdict and Conclusion

There’s no denying, the ZOTAC Gaming  GeForce GTX 1660 Ti AMP edition is currently one of the fastest GTX 1660 Ti available. This is all thanks to an overclocked GPU that runs at a boost speed of 1860 MHz.

In all of our benchmark tests, it performed beautifully producing a Time Spy score of 6562, and a Final Fantasy XV score of 6972. It easily outperforms the GTX 1070 and even matching the GTX 1070 Ti in some cases.

Although the GTX 1660 Ti AMP edition lacks Spectra lighting, it does come with ICE Storm 2.0 cooling which helps with reducing the full load temperatures to around 60 degrees Celsius. You also get a nice solid metal backplate for support, and I suppose also helps with heat dissipation.

I haven’t try to overclock the card, as it’s fast enough for me. But if you’re one of those speed junkies, you can always use Zotac’s Firestorm software to overclock the card further. You should get around 1900-1920 MHz range or even higher. Warning, any overclocking is done at your own risk.

And as I mentioned before, the compact size of the graphics card makes it really appealing to a lot of system builders and gamers alike.

You can buy the ZOTAC Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Ti AMP (6GB GDDR6) Graphics Card for around USD $290 from Amazon – https://amzn.to/2UH3CZ7. At this price, it’s something you can afford to have without compromising on performance.

Final Thoughts

The ZOTAC gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Ti AMP edition is one of those graphics card I would recommend to a lot of users. It’s fast, affordable and with a boost clock speed of 1860 MHz, you can’t really go wrong!
