Verdict and Conclusion
Wow, I’m totally speechless. When I said this is one of the faster graphics card on the market … I was’t kidding, except of course the Titan RTX. I the performance the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2080 Ti AMP Extreme is absolutely phenomenal.
None of the of the graphics card we’ve tested in the past came even close. It’s truly a beast! It produced a high score of 8,023 in 3DMark Port Royal, and also an impressive score of 12,930 in Time Spy. For Final Fantasy XV, we got high score of 13,280 which is one of the highest I’ve seen.
The visual effects are without doubt absolutely gorgeous, especially with RTX on. Yes, turn everything on high, the card can handle it … Battlefield V, Metro Exodus … bring it on!
Load temperatures reached a high of 71 degrees Celsius, which is what I expected from such a power hungry card. It may seem high, but the ICE STORM 2.0 cooling solution with its triple fans handled it pretty well.
I didn’t attempt to overclock the card as it’s already boosted to 1815 MHz, which is more than enough for me. However, if you want to take it further, you can use Zotac’s Firestorm software to give it a further boost. But be warned, any overclocking is done at your own risk.
Many people have complained about Nvidia’s crazy pricing and I agree. You can buy the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2080 Ti AMP Extreme (11GB GDDR6) Graphics Card for USD $1,700 from Amazon – https://amzn.to/2TNXVbf. At this price, it’s a HUGE investment to make and definitely out of reach for many users, except of course for extreme enthusiasts with very deep pockets.

The ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2080 Ti AMP Extreme is truly a beast of a graphics card, and is more than worthy of our Editor’s Choice award based on performance. If you have really deep pockets, and money is no object … then this is one of the fastest graphics card you’ll ever get.
