ABKONCORE H600X SYNC Gaming PC Chassis Review

Product Photos – Exterior

Like most PC cases, also Abkoncore decided to use a typical brownish box. Nothing unusual here.

Also inside the box is a typical plastic bag and foam for protection on the time of transport. A quite thick foam is required for any chassis with a glass window. The case arrived in perfect condition.

Inside the box, we will find an ATX chassis but also a set of screws, cable ties, spacers, a PC speaker on a short cable, and remote control for ARGB lighting and fans. There is also a short user manual as there is not much to describe and most users shouldn’t have problems figuring out how to use this product.

After unpacking the case we see additional protection on the side window which is made of tempered glass. It’s much more resistant to scratches than any plexiglass type windows. The glass itself looks well. It’s thick and clear and was delivered in perfect condition. Under the window, there are stripes made of foam that should protect the glass and help with any possible vibrations.

All steel parts were painted black. However, painting quality is lower than that of some competitive products at a similar or not much higher price. Steel’s thickness could be also higher as it reminds me of cheaper cases and not gaming-grade products. We can tell that even looking at the case’s weight – 5.6kg with a heavy, tempered glass. This is about the weight of the high-end ITX gaming cases, not ATX. Plastic elements have nearly the same color and remind me of lower-end products. The carbon-finish on the front panel is something that was popular a couple of years ago but not anymore. I guess it’s all about disadvantages of the H600X so we can move to more pleasant things.

The top and bottom are equipped with dust filters. The top one has magnetic stripes while the bottom not. Of course, it’s hard to miss large fans which are one of the key elements of this chassis. Front fans are 200mm and significantly affect the airflow. At the same time generate barely any noise. Standing 1 meter from the PC, you won’t hear them at all. The size of these fans is unique. Most manufacturers use 120m or 140mm fans. Here we can find a 120mm fan on the back which the same as two 200mm has full ARGB lighting.

The H600X has many elements that we can find in higher series PC cases like dust filters, mentioned tempered glass, design which let to install quite large water cooling and large CPU cooler. I think these are the strongest points of this product. Anyone who cares about high airflow will be satisfied. Anyone who cares about aesthetics may like the effect of ARGB lighting as the H600X without lighting looks quite dull.

Now let’s take a look at the interior.
