Cooler Master MasterCase Pro 3 Chassis Review

A Closer Look

Exterior:

The exterior of the MasterCase Pro 3 is sleek and looks a lot like the bigger Pro 5. The top panel is easy removed to make installation of fans or radiator a breeze. The front of the case has a nice grill with a Cooler Master logo in the lower center. The feet are unique and run the width of the case and are roughly about 2 1/2″ wide. These also have rubber on the bottom. Your access panel for all your USB’s and audio ports is conveniently located on the top. You have 2 USB 3.0, power button, reset button and you 3.5mm audio jacks. The side window is acrylic and is protected with a film during shipping. The design of the Pro series a nice sleek design.

Interior:

The inside of the MasterCase Pro 3 is an all black scheme. You will notice the included fans, x1 120mm placed up front to keep the HDD’s nice and cool , along with the 140mm pre-installed in the rear. The cable management is worthy to note with the MasterCase Pro 3. As you can see there are a couple of Velcro straps on the back to keep everything tight and clean. The motherboard tray has a couple of pre installed stand-off but you will be required to install the rest. There are no dust filters on the front, rear, or top. There is one located below the power supply that slides in and out.
