SteelSeries Rival 700 Gaming Mouse Review

Today we will be covering the SteelSeries Rival 700 OLED Gaming mouse. Now the biggest, well there are actually two things, are the small monochrome display and the vibration feedback. As far as I know this is the very first mouse to have both of these features packed into one mouse.

Some may not see how the OLED display is actually beneficial but the possibilities to display stats, health meter and much more, but having those displayed right by your thumb could actually become very beneficial if you train your self to use the feature. I like the vibration feature. When has feedback been bad? I love it on a controller so I do not see why a mouse would be any different. Well I am ready to dive right in and see what the Rival 700 has to offer.

“The Rival 700 is the most powerful gaming mouse armed with the first fully customizable OLED display, and customizable tactile alerts giving gamers real-time information and notifications. The Tactile Alerts have been carefully placed in the center of your mouse, so you feel the pulse strongly in your palm. By directing the pulse to only move up through your hand, as opposed to left and right, Tactile Alerts will never impact your mouse’s tracking so you can keep your pixel-perfect aim.”

“Knowing is half the battle, and that is why we’ve equipped the Rival 700 with a completely customizable OLED Display. Access on-the-fly sensitivity settings, in-game statistics, button mapping, and personalize the display with your gamer name or favorite team’s logo. The mouse is no longer merely an input device; gamers can now feel in‐game events, aiding them in critical decision‐making. Customize every aspect of the alerts from intensity to vibration patterns.”
