This is probably one of the first external GPU unit that features an AMD Radeon 7600M XT with a USB5.0 port. This front-facing USB 5.0 port is backward compatible with USB-C 4.0, USB-C 3.0, Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3.
Taken from Videocardz … So let’s address the obvious issue: there’s no such thing as USB 5.0 or USB-C 5.0. The company is most likely mislabeling USB4 v2 standard. However, the product page (title) does mention Thunderbolt 5 support. This suggests it is either Thunderbolt 5 or USB4 v2, both of which offer 80 Gbps bidirectional bandwidth but remain limited to 64 Gbps for PCIe tunneling.
The OneXGPU Lite is a smaller version of the already released Radeon RX 7600M XT-based device. Since AMD has not introduced any RDNA4 mobile GPUs, companies are focusing on new features to justify refreshed products. In this case, the emphasis is on providing a very slim eGPU that can fit into a bag or even a pocket.
As a mobile RDNA3 part, the GPU comes with 2048 Stream Processors, 8 GB of GDDR6 memory, and 32 MB of Infinity Cache. It is based on the Navi 33 XTM GPU and does not support FSR4. The company confirms the GPU will operate at 120W and it can provide up to 65W of power to connected devices. The eGPU on its own requires an external power supply though (which is 240 W according to the spec sheet).
The eGPU is priced at 3899 RMB (~$535 USD) and is scheduled to start shipping on September 25. The company claims its eGPU weighs only 493.5 g. It also includes a so-called USB5.0 cable, valued at 199 RMB ($27 USD). Reviews are not yet available.
